This is one of our most popular programs! It works by lowering your rate one-half to five-eighths percent and instead of re-casting your mortgage to 30 years, what we do is lower your term until your new payment (at the lower rate and lower term) is equal to your current payment! It is common to cut 3-6 years off your mortgage AND save TENS of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS over the life of the mortgage home loan.
